Mane Discussion Policies

Permanent Jewelry Policy

At Mane Discussion, every piece is custom-fit and permanently welded specifically for you. Our jewelry is designed to become part of your everyday life, and we take pride in creating pieces that are both beautiful and durable.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because every bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring is custom measured, cut, and welded to each client, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please ensure you’re happy with your chain selection and fit before your jewelry is welded.

Re-Welding Policy

Our jewelry is made for everyday wear and is built to last. However, permanent jewelry is not unbreakable.

Lifestyle, daily activities, accidental snagging, exercise, manual labor, or repeated stress on the chain can cause it to break over time.

If your jewelry comes off and the chain is still in wearable condition, we’re happy to re-weld it for a $15 re-welding fee.

Re-Welding Requirements

  • The original chain must be brought back.
  • The chain must be in good enough condition to be safely re-welded.
  • If links are missing, excessively stretched, or the chain is too damaged to repair, a replacement chain will be required at the current retail price.

Jewelry Care

While our chains are selected for everyday wear, we recommend treating your jewelry with care.

To help extend the life of your piece:

  • Avoid intentionally pulling or tugging on your jewelry.
  • Be mindful during workouts, sports, heavy lifting, or manual labor.
  • Remove your jewelry if instructed during medical procedures such as MRIs or surgeries.
  • If your jewelry catches on something, avoid pulling it free, as this may stretch or damage the chain.

Liability

By choosing permanent jewelry, you acknowledge that:

  • Permanent jewelry is designed for long-term wear but can break under stress or force.
  • Mane Discussion is not responsible for damage caused by accidental snagging, excessive force, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clients are responsible for any future re-welding or replacement costs if their jewelry becomes damaged after leaving their appointment.
  • For your safety please do not look at the welding light as you are getting serviced.

Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
